refactor(market): 修改线索页面跳转逻辑

- 在 add_clues.vue 和 index.vue 中，将 openViewMyMessage 方法中的 user_id 更改为 hair_staff_id
- 更新跳转页面 URL，从 my_message 改为 im_chat_info
