feat(components): 重构客户添加页面

- 更新了客户添加页面的布局和样式
- 增加了新的字段和选项，如来源、顾问等
- 优化了表单提交流程，分为基础信息和六要素两个步骤
- 重新设计了下拉选择器和日期选择器的使用方式- 调整了部分字段的命名和展示逻辑
